Since 2015, this partnership has focused on building a comprehensive support system to assist children with learning difficulties, ensuring they receive the necessary care and intervention. In 2023, the project introduced technological advancements to enhance efficiency. A screening, consultation, and referral system was implemented via the Care Application, allowing seamless coordination between schools and hospitals. This innovation ensures a structured care system, efficient referrals, and continuous follow-ups for children and adolescents in need. Empowering Educators and Parents A key objective of this initiative is to provide teachers and parents with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and address learning difficulties and mental health challenges. By equipping educators with the ability to screen and offer early intervention, children facing learning challenges can receive timely support to enhance their life skills, mental well-being, and academic progress. This initiative has fostered a strong network of collaboration among teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals. As a result, social issues stemming from learning difficulties have significantly declined, creating a more inclusive and supportive educational environment for all children in Khon Kaen City Municipality.
