When children are not fully cared for, they tend to be aggressive and violent. According to data from the Institute of Child and Adolescent Mental Health in 2019, Khon Kaen City Municipality, which has 11 schools under its supervision, has more than 11,000 students, most of whom are primary school children and families are poor. There are about 880 children with ADHD, about 660 children with intellectual disabilities, and about 550 children with learning disabilities. If they do not receive proper care, they may have many impacts on society, such as: dropping out of school, being unemployed, depression, committing crimes, using drugs, and teenage pregnancy. Khon Kaen City Municipality, in collaboration with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Institute of the Northeast and Khon Kaen Hospital, has developed a curriculum for counseling behavioral problems of school-aged children through chat counseling in the HERO Application to be used as a channel for screening counseling so that teachers and parents can access children's mental health services without having to bring children to the hospital. This is a way to connect services from preventing children's behavioral problems to providing counseling and treating children with behavioral problems through the HERO Application for treatment.
